The first step in this process is to screen individuals for whether or not we are a good fit for the client Starting services will depend on your insurance needs, your schedule flexibility and availability and which providers are available to meet that criteria. Cost would be determined by your insurance coverage unless paying out of pocket.

We would love to give you a call sometime for a 15-minute phone screening to tell you more about our full model DBT program. We may briefly discuss some of your personal reasons for seeking our services during this first call, but it will largely be informational and will be kept very brief. After the screening, if you feel you are ready to take on the commitment of our full model 16-month program, some new clients may be added to a waitlist depending on all of the above mentioned factors.
